Revenue Enablement Manager - Ping Elevate Platform Lead
The Revenue Enablement Manager is a Strategic Enablement Builder with day-to-day ownership of our enablement platform, “Ping Elevate.” Reporting to the Senior Director of Revenue Enablement, you are responsible for enablement optimization, standards and delivery for the comprehensive management of enablement programs, resources and the seller experience of our “Ping Elevate” platform; while also building enablement content across varied strategic initiatives, workstreams and on-demand business needs. In this capacity, you will serve as a build partner to Revenue Enablement program leads. You will also support revenue enablement efforts as the Lead Product Manager for “Ping Elevate” (Saleshood), driving the platform strategy, overseeing feature adoption, and ensuring the environment is continuously optimized to support global revenue enablement goals. You will act as the bridge between technical platform capabilities and strategic enablement outcomes while simultaneously building, releasing and iterating enablement content that is optimized for the platform environment and evolving Field needs.
Ping Elevate | Workflow & Product Management
Supplier Relationship: Act as the primary owner and lead for the Saleshood platform, serving as the main point of contact for the supplier.
Product Lifecycle: In partnership with Revenue Enablement leadership, manage the full product lifecycle, including feature requests, bug tracking, and platform architecture design.
Measurement Integration: Define measurement requirements by type of learning activity and integrate into Ping measurement mechanisms (e.g., Glean, AI agents, dashboarding, etc.).
Cross-Functional Alignment: Lead cross-functional alignment and provide bi-weekly reporting updates to key stakeholders.
Tooling Advocacy: Serve as the "Voice of the Field" back to the Enablement roadmap.. Prioritize enhancements in Ping Elevate platform to reduce friction and increase seller productivity and performance.
Governance: Manage field feedback loops to ensure the enablement tech stack reflects the evolving needs of the Ping Way and day-to-day realities in the field.
Modern Enablement Build & Delivery
Enablement Execution: Drive the development and execution of modern, on-demand enablement & AI Role Plays across varied programs, including the Ping Way, Everboarding, key skills acquisition, learner gap resolution, etc.
Learner-Centric Design: Utilize "design thinking" and field learner outcomes methodologies to iterate on content and the platform experience while executing enablement paths.
Quality Assurance: Establish consistency standards and QA processes for all enablement paths and new builds to ensure a high-quality learner experience.
Everboarding Content Development | On Demand
Content Strategy: Lead the strategy and creation of "everboarding" content to maintain continuous sales readiness. Respond to Everboarding assignments as necessary
Alignment & Accessibility: Ensure all assets are updated, accessible, and aligned with specific seller knowledge objectives and opportunity stages.
Asset Optimization: Optimize content inventory to be "sales ready" and "field enabled," integrating AI capabilities, digital client sites, content packs.
AI-First Content Strategy
Framework Development: Spearhead the development and integration of AI-first content frameworks within the platform.
AI Integration: Leverage AI tools within Ping, content development tools and emerging features in Saleshood to enhance learning design and content delivery efficiency.
Field Engagement & Program Delivery
Field-Driven Training: Actively manage and prioritize training requests directly from the field.
Feedback Loops: Implement processes for the systematic collation and analysis of field feedback on training content to drive continuous improvement.
Strategic Program Delivery: Concept and deliver rolling and point in time, on-demand learning experiences for key strategic programs, specifically including the 'Ping Way' initiative.
Strategic Impact: By employing a fresh point of view for Ping, this role will continuously evaluate and iterate on the platform. The goal is to provide a best-in-class, iterated experience that directly improves the efficiency and effectiveness of field enablement. Qualifications
Required:
5-7+ years of experience in Sales Strategy, Sales Enablement, or Sales Transformation;
Methodology Mastery: Deep expertise in operationalizing enterprise B2B sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPPICC, Command of the Message, Sandler, or similar) into the daily rhythm of the field via CRM workflows, playbooks, and coaching tools.
Strategic Platform Fluency: Hands-on experience designing Salesforce and learner platform processes (data models, validation rules, and reporting) from the perspective of Seller Experience and Sales Leadership visibility
Preferred:
GTM Tech Stack Savvy: Familiarity with a broad set of sales learner technologies and Ping’s stack or equivalents: Spotlight.ai (or similar AI-driven tools), SalesHood, Highspot, Showpad, Glean, Synthesia, Articulate / Camtasia, AI leaning models
Coaching & Certification: Experience correlating enablement programs (learning paths, certifications, AI Role Plays) directly to field performance data to prove the ROI of Revenue Acceleration initiatives.
Salary Range: $100,000–$135,000
In accordance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) the approximate compensation range for this role in Colorado is listed above. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors, such as knowledge, skills, and abilities.
