Job Summary:
The Revenue Cycle Trainer plays a vital role in delivering effective, engaging training programs to new and existing team members across all areas of revenue cycle operations. This position focuses on creating practical, role-specific content, facilitating learning sessions, and supporting employees in developing the knowledge and confidence needed to perform their jobs accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver structured onboarding and skills-based training programs using a variety of formats (instructor-led, virtual, blended).
Develop or update training materials, job aids, process guides, and assessments based on subject matter expert (SME) input and operational needs.
Collaborate with operational leaders to understand evolving workflows and translate them into clear, actionable training.
Provide ongoing learner support through coaching, Q&A, and follow-up sessions.
Participate in quality audits and identify knowledge gaps that can be addressed through training.
Incorporate feedback from training evaluations to refine content and improve delivery.
Maintain accurate training records and track learner progress in LMS or designated systems.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in healthcare, education, or business.
1–3 years of experience in training, education, or revenue cycle operations.
Experience with content development tools such as Articulate Rise and basic video creation/editing platforms (e.g., Camtasia, Loom, or similar) is preferred.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Comfortable facilitating both in-person and virtual sessions.
Familiarity with adult learning principles and hands-on training approaches.
Proficiency in Google Suite, LMS platforms, and collaboration tools.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Competent in the use of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access). Experience with courseware used to develop online education preferred.
Ability to self-start, work independently, as well as a member of various teams and committees, while adhering to timelines on a consistent basis with a minimum of assistance.
Proven strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Effective team player, ability to work within a cross-functional team a must.

Strong organizational, problem solving, and analytical skills; ability to manage multiple priorities, projects and workflow.

The pay range is listed and actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
