WHAT YOU’LL DO

Own the revenue close

- Maintain revenue policy

- Review customer contracts and consumption reports

- Prepare monthly revenue journal entries in accordance with ASC606

Manage customer onboarding

- Coordinate internally and externally to properly on board customers (RFP questionnaires, access to purchase order portals, etc)

- Build process with sales to collect purchase orders timely from customers

Ensure customers are invoiced timely and accurately

- Build scaling systems and processes to ensure timely processing of customer invoices

- Coordinate with tax to accurately collect and remit all taxes

Own customer collections process

- Create and maintain collections dashboard to track status

- Ensure timely follow up on past due invoices

- Develop the process to communicate and escalate past due invoices

Proactive involvement in Finance Transformation initiatives to leverage AI and tooling to scale

- Enhance or upgrade our our tech stack to enable the latest in AI technology

- Challenge our processes and develop AI first approach

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

- 5-10+ years with a mix of public (highly regulated) and private (hyper growth)

- Proficient in US GAAP (ASC 606)

- Ability to identify areas for improvement and build solutions using AI

- Desire to drive operational efficiency to scale the function

- A structured, self-directed, detail-oriented builder and problem solver who can design a process where none exists, run it, and improve it over time without being managed toward it. A bias for simplifying and automating processes and passion for building an AI-native finance function.

EVEN BETTER…

- Previous IPO experience with enterprise B2B software company

- CPA license and/or Big 4 experience

- Proficiency with our modern office of the CFO tech stack
