Job title: Program Manager

The Program Manager (PM) at Aspire Living & Learning plays a vital role in the overall operation of one or more programs to effectively work with individuals supported and engage high performing teams. The PM is responsible for programmatic and operational management of services that will enable individuals to reach their fullest potential. This person holds a leadership role, building effective teams through developmental supervision and championing internal and external partnerships.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience

Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational, administrative and communication skills

Knowledge of funding agency regulations/requirements

Must have demonstrated computer literacy

18 years of age or older

Organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to provide on-call support

Must have satisfactory background checks, may be required to be a signer on financial accounts

Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
