Role Summary

Fanatics Collectibles is looking for a Relic Manufacturing Lead. Leads are experienced team members of our Relic Manufacturing department, responsible for prepping, staging, cutting, and delivering memorabilia pieces for our high-end relic cards. Ideal candidates have prior experience in manufacturing with an eye toward ensuring high quality and fidelity of all processed material. Leads are expected to demonstrate leadership qualities, coach other team members, and collaborate with supervisors, and managers to drive improvement across the department. Responsibilities:

Plan all relic cutting workload, along with Coordinators & Department Manager, on a weekly basis by product to ensure on time delivery to GCP, and at times, other vendors

Hire/train new employees on the end to end stages of relic manufacturing (procurement to finished product)

Ensure cutting targets and due dates are hit in coordination with Assessment team & Relic Ops Manager

Collaborate with GCP on relic due dates and provide insight into whether we can hit a due date, and if not, define root cause.

Accurately log hours into Airtable to track hours spent on cutting, assessing and staging and ensure the rest of the dept has logged them correctly

Assist in implementing and establishing best practices for upcoming NCF / Integrated PLM system inclusive of being a SME (Subject Matter Expert) as the system is being constructed

Learn the ins-and-outs of the Relic Ops department as new processes and technology are implemented to improve the quality and efficiency of our product

Abides by and helps to uphold all security measures to ensure Relics are secure

Coordinates cross functionally to ensure we meet due dates

The Ideal Candidate:

Dallas / Sunnyvale, TX based

Bachelors degree preferred (Business Management or related field preferred)

Microsoft Office experience required and a desire to learn and use alternative software including Airtable

Oracle EBS experience preferred

Prior experience with fabrics preferred, prior experience with Cutting Numerical Control (CNC) machines/die or press cutters preferred

2 years prior experience in manufacturing or production environments, preferred

1 year Project Management experience
