KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Operational Leadership

Own performance across all North stores against KPIs — sales, profitability, labour efficiency, and customer experience.

Lead, coach, and develop District Managers, driving accountability and a culture of ownership.

Ensure consistent brand standards and operational excellence across every location.

Commercial Performance

Build and execute regional strategies that maximise revenue growth and profitability.

Use data to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and maintain strong cost control.

People & Culture

Build a strong leadership pipeline through talent identification and succession planning.

Champion JOE culture - ensuring high engagement, retention, and performance across all teams.

Stakeholder & Strategic Execution

Collaborate with Head Office functions to align central support behind the North's priorities.
