What You’ll Do
Responsibilities include:

Navigate new referrals from receipt through service determination within the LUX Infusion pharmacy network
Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with prescribers, providers, and healthcare staff through timely, professional communication
Collect and coordinate required referral information, including patient demographics, benefits, clinical history, and prescription details
Partner closely with Reimbursement Specialists to communicate benefit investigation outcomes, including patient responsibility and financial assistance options
Coordinate with Nurse Coordination teams to support patients requiring in‑home nursing services
Collaborate with Pharmacy Operations to ensure clinical and fulfillment teams have what they need to onboard and support new patients
Maintain accurate documentation of referral activity and communications within systems of record
Manage referral volume, turnaround times, and workload priorities to meet service goals
Use technology and digital tools effectively to communicate with internal and external stakeholders
Bring thoughtfulness, reliability, and accountability to every referral you support
What We’re Looking For
You may be a great fit if you bring:
Deep care about the human impact of your work—especially for patients and caregivers
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
Ownership and accountability for managing referrals from start to finish
The ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment
Comfort learning new systems and adapting as processes evolve
A desire to be part of a collaborative, clinician‑led organization
You don’t need to check every box—we care just as much about how you show up as what’s on your resume.
