Referral Coordinator
About the Role
As a Referral Coordinator, you keep patients moving through their care journey. You own the referral process end‑to‑end—making sure every referral is accurate, authorized, scheduled, and communicated clearly. This is detail‑driven, people‑first work where your organization, communication, and follow‑through directly shape patient outcomes. You’ll report to the Center Manager and support the clinical team, with opportunities to take on more responsibility as we grow.
Location: Brooksville clinic (some local travel may be required to help cover other centers).

We are hiring ahead of go‑live so our new teams are fully trained and ready to deliver exceptional care on day one.
