Plaid's Recruiting Operations team exists to build and sustain the infrastructure, programs, and data that enable our recruiting organization to hire effectively, efficiently, and equitably. We drive operational strategy, systems implementation, data integrity, and process consistency across the full hiring lifecycle. Must-haves:

- 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination in a high-volume scheduling environment

- High attention to detail and consistent follow-through

- Comfort managing competing priorities and last-minute changes in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have:

- Experience at a tech company or high-growth startup

- Experience with on-site candidate hosting and in-person interview coordination
