Now Hiring: People Attraction Concierge
We’re looking for a People Attraction Concierge who will serve as the administrative backbone of the People Attraction department, helping candidates move efficiently through the hiring process while supporting timely processing, filing, job posting management, resume pre-screening, reporting, and communication across Climate First Bank, OneEthos, and future companies under Climate First Bancorp.
What You’ll Contribute:
Candidate Processing Support
Request required candidate documentation promptly and accurately.
Administer candidate assessments and compile results for review.
Send candidate notices and help ensure candidates move efficiently through the recruiting process.
Fostering Communication
Support proactive communication between HR, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
Prepare status update reports, interview prep documentation, and other candidate communications as needed.
Keep department leadership informed and respond promptly to information and update requests.
Filing and Reporting
Maintain organized filing and tracking systems for recruiting activity.
Ensure candidate files are complete, accurate, properly labeled, and up to date.
Log and track recruiting efforts to support accurate and timely reporting.
General HR and Recruiting Support
Support job posting management, high-level resume pre-screening, research, auditing, and special projects.
Cross-train on other HR functions and serve as backup support for onboarding and other critical HR processes.
Provide administrative, recruiting, and reporting support across Climate First Bank, OneEthos, and future companies under the holding company.

What makes a stand-out candidate:
Experience & Education
2+ years of progressive experience in a customer-facing processing, administrative support, or support role.
Experience with processing, filing, scheduling, reporting, data management, and customer support.
Attention to detail with comfort using filing systems, documentation protocols, tracking tools, and spreadsheets.
Ability to communicate professionally with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.

The Work Environment:
Remote role within the United States.
Occasional on-site travel to branches or other co-working locations may be required, at times on short notice.

Sustained standing and sitting, frequent communication (speaking and listening) and use of PC, including typing or sustained attention to monitor, occasional lifting up to 20 lbs.

This role will have a total compensation target that has a mix of Base Pay + Bonus. Base Pay starts at $45,000 and is commensurate based on experience required in the role.
