We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team and take ownership of the day-to-day coordination and delivery of one of our projects.

In this role, you will work closely with developers, QA engineers, analysts, designers, and business stakeholders to keep the project on track, coordinate priorities, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure effective communication across the team.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Coordination

Support project planning and define clear milestones, timelines, and deliverables.

Coordinate day-to-day project activities and ensure tasks are progressing according to plan.

Maintain project plans, documentation, and delivery schedules.

Work within Agile/Scrum processes and facilitate regular team ceremonies.

Requirements & Task Management

Gather and clarify business requirements together with stakeholders and team members.

Help translate business needs into clear and actionable tasks for the development team.

Maintain project documentation and ensure requirements are communicated clearly.

Support backlog management and prioritization in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Coordinate collaboration between development, QA, design, analytics, and business teams.

Ensure teams have the necessary information and context to complete their work.

Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Help resolve blockers and dependencies affecting project delivery.

Project Execution & Delivery

Track project scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and delivery progress.

Identify potential delays or bottlenecks and escalate them when necessary.

Coordinate scope changes and ensure they are properly communicated and documented.

Monitor project progress using Jira, Confluence, and other project management tools.

Support timely and high-quality delivery of project milestones and releases.

Team & Stakeholder Communication

Act as a point of contact for day-to-day project-related communication.

Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, blockers, and dependencies.

Facilitate project meetings, sprint planning, retrospectives, and status meetings.

Build effective working relationships with team members and stakeholders.

Support a culture of transparency, accountability, and collaboration.

Quality Assurance & Post-Launch Support

Coordinate with QA and development teams to ensure deliverables meet agreed requirements.

Support release planning, testing, and validation activities.

Coordinate post-release activities and follow up on identified issues.

Maintain up-to-date project documentation and ensure knowledge is properly shared within the team.

Requirements & Skills:

2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in a product or technology-driven company.

Good understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

Experience working with cross-functional software development teams.

Experience with requirements gathering, task clarification, and project documentation.

Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Ability to identify risks, dependencies, and blockers and escalate them when necessary.

Proactive, responsible, and solution-oriented approach.

Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the team and more senior stakeholders.

Nice to Have:

Experience working with distributed or remote teams.

Experience in FinTech, Payments, E-commerce, or SaaS projects.

Basic understanding of payment systems and financial products.

Technical background or good understanding of software development processes.

Agile/Scrum or other project management certifications.
