Project Manager - Reimbursement Services
SUMMARY:
Supports Reimbursement Services and partners closely with leadership to advance data and reporting workstreams, including backlog reporting by Therapeutic Area, CRM migrations, and potential vendor transitions. This role drives execution across brand teams, vendor management, IT/CRM systems, Retention Services, Value & Access, and Tech within a complex, highly regulated life sciences environment. The ideal candidate brings strong project management fundamentals, champions standardized processes and is comfortable both managing up and directly executing project deliverables.

REQUIRED EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
EXPERIENCE
7 to 10 years of experience in reimbursement, hub services, or specialty pharmacy operations.
Demonstrated experience supporting senior leadership across multiple concurrent workstreams while managing competing priorities.
Proven track record leading data/reporting workstreams (including backlog reporting by Therapeutic Area), managing CRM migrations, and navigating vendor transitions.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate consistent messaging, align stakeholders, and present scorecard reporting to senior leadership.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
7 to 10 years of experience in reimbursement, hub services, or specialty pharmacy operations.
Hands-on experience with Life Sciences Cloud CRM or equivalent healthcare/life sciences CRM platforms.
Strong track record of managing CRM migrations, vendor transitions, and backlog reporting workstreams.
Preferred:
Deep background in reimbursement or hub services.
Specialty pharmacy experience.
Payer environment experience.
PMP certification or familiarity with formal Project Management Center of Excellence (PM COE) methodologies.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Regular use of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment. Regular, repetitive movements such as typing, mouse movements, and scrolling. Ability to hear and understand spoken communications, both in person and via remote communication tools (e.g., phone, video conferencing). Ability to see and read computer screens and printed documents, as well as adjust focus. This includes prolonged periods of looking at a computer screen.
WORK ENVIRONMENT & HOURS
Work Environment: Onsite professional corporate/office environment (Indianapolis, 3 days a week).
Expected Hours of Work: Monday through Friday, normal business hours.
