Project Manager - Pharmacy Services
SUMMARY
This Project Manager role supports Pharmacy Services and partners closely with Pharmacy Services leadership to advance operational excellence and deliver strategic priorities. Responsibilities include managing project plans, milestones, and dependencies; driving governance and executive reporting; and ensuring risks, issues, and decisions are tracked and resolved across the portfolio. The position requires driving cross-functional collaboration across customer experience, dispense operations, risk, contracting, logistics, packaging, external vendors, and internal partners within a fast-paced, highly regulated, and accelerated environment.

REQUIRED EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Operations, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
EXPERIENCE
3–7+ years of experience supporting or leading projects, programs, or business initiatives in a cross-functional environment.
Experience supporting a senior leader or leadership team across multiple concurrent workstreams while managing competing priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
Experience leading cross-functional project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, RAID logs, governance reporting, and executive dashboards.
Experience partnering with operational teams spanning dispense operations, contracting, logistics, packaging, and external vendor partners in fast-paced, highly regulated environments.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, milestones, and status reporting.
Experience coordinating meetings, documenting decisions, and tracking action items through completion.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Excel, Planner, Teams, SharePoint).
Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
Ability to work independently and drive work to completion with minimal supervision.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
CAPM, PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent project management certification.
Experience working within a PMO or project governance framework.
Healthcare, pharmaceutical, consumer services, or regulated industry experience.
Experience supporting leadership and senior stakeholders.
Change management experience (Prosci or equivalent).
Experience with portfolio reporting, dashboard development, and business process improvement.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Regular use of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment. Regular, repetitive movements such as typing, mouse movements, and scrolling. Ability to hear and understand spoken communications, both in person and via remote communication tools (e.g., phone, video conferencing). Ability to see and read computer screens and printed documents, as well as adjust focus. This includes prolonged periods of looking at a computer screen.
WORK ENVIRONMENT & HOURS
Work Environment: Onsite professional corporate/office environment (Indianapolis, 3 days a week).
Expected Hours of Work: Monday through Friday, normal business hours.
Travel: None.
