Project Manager- CyberArk Secrets Manager (Contract)
As a Project Manager-CyberArk Secrets Manager, you will be part of our Delivery Services Team, leading the delivery of an enterprise CyberArk Secrets Manager implementation. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and driving the deployment of Secrets Manager and its integration into the client's existing CyberArk PAM/Vault environment, as well as onboarding applications across OpenShift/Kubernetes and GitLab CI/CD platforms. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and client stakeholders to keep the project on schedule, on scope, and aligned with security and operational requirements.

What You'll Do
Lead end-to-end delivery of the CyberArk Secrets Manager deployment and integration with the existing PAM/Vault environment, without redesigning the current vault architecture.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, RAID logs (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies), and status reports.
Coordinate application onboarding across OpenShift/Kubernetes workloads and GitLab CI/CD pipelines, tracking progress against onboarding targets.
Manage dependencies across infrastructure, networking, security, DevOps, and application teams, including DNS, firewall, load balancer, certificate, and service account requests.
Track delivery of key technical workstreams, including HA/DR configuration, TLS/certificate implementation, audit logging, monitoring, and backup/recovery.
Drive operational readiness activities, including testing, change management, documentation, runbooks, and handover to support teams.
Facilitate technical discussions between architects, engineers, and client stakeholders, and escalate and resolve blockers quickly.
Manage scope, change requests, resourcing, and budget, and communicate project health to client leadership.
Run project governance, including kickoffs, steering committee meetings, sprint or phase reviews, and lessons learned.
Who We're Looking For
7+ years of project management experience, including delivering cybersecurity, identity, or infrastructure projects.
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience
Experience managing CyberArk PAM, secrets management, or other Privileged Access Management implementations.
Working knowledge of secrets management concepts, including RBAC, policies, credential rotation, Safes, CPM, and secret retrieval workflows.
Familiarity with OpenShift/Kubernetes, GitLab CI/CD, and DevSecOps delivery practices.
Understanding of enterprise infrastructure, including networking, DNS, firewalls, load balancers, Linux environments, HA/DR, and enterprise authentication.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional technical teams and multiple workstreams at once.
Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
Strong risk, dependency, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical topics to executive and non-technical audiences.
Ability to work independently in a client-facing consulting environment
Nice-to-Have Skills
PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, CSM, or SAFe certification.
CyberArk certifications or training, such as Secrets Manager or PAM courses.
Experience managing application onboarding programs or platform rollouts.
Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks and audit requirements.
Experience with project tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or MS Project.
