Project Coordinator
What is the role
The Project Coordinator supports project delivery by coordinating tasks, managing schedules, tracking progress, and communicating with stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, aligned with PMO standards across US-based operations.
The following include but may not be limited to the responsibilities of the Project Coordinator:
Schedule, prioritize, and coordinate work orders with vendors, onsite teams, and stakeholders
Allocate resources, resolve scheduling issues, and ensure work order readiness
Track, complete, document, and submit work orders for billing
Monitor performance against timelines, quality standards, SLAs, and KPIs
Communicate status updates and confirm completion with stakeholders
Ensure compliance with operational procedures and quality standards
Provide guidance to teams and perform other related duties as needed
Work Set-up / Work Schedule
Remote
Shifts start between 3:30 PM and 7:00 PM EST (unless the project requires different hours)
This is a 4x11 schedule (4 working days and 3 rest days)
Who we are looking for
Successful candidate must possess:
Must have 3 - 5 years of project coordination or operations support experience
Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
Proficient in MS Office; strong documentation and workflow coordination skills
Strong organizational, time management, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
Excellent English communication skills (phone and email)
Detail‑oriented, quick learner, and able to manage multiple priorities
Flexible to work in US‑based hours and adapt to changing project needs
Team‑oriented with ability to support and guide others
