Program Manager - Healthcare Transformation

We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to actively lead strategic healthcare initiatives within integrated delivery systems. Responsibilities:

Cultivating and sustaining client relationships, supporting organizational growth, and overseeing teams to ensure strategic and effective management of projects.

Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables across multiple workstreams.

Responsible for managing risk management, financial budget and performance of the project to include evaluating resource needs based on scope, timelines and deliverables.

Prepare executive-level reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.

Serve as a liaison between consulting teams and client stakeholders to ensure alignment and impact.

Mentor junior analysts and contribute to organizational knowledge development.

Analyze new and complex project-related problems, creating innovative solutions that involve schedule, technology, methodology, tools, solution components, and financial management.

Monitor project progress, adjusting as necessary to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project goals and objectives.

Minimum Qualifications

Masters’s degree.

Minimum of 10 years professional work experience.

Experience leading programs including planning, initiating, managing, executing and closing out programs in support of an integrated Health Care System.

Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification.

Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.MS Office suite skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Outlook, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with government/civilian agencies or in the health care industry.

Eligibility:

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Must be able to obtain and maintain the required federal public trust clearance for this role.

Compensation:

Salary for this position is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, location, the candidate’s particular combination of knowledge, skills, competencies and experience, as well as contract specific affordability and organizational requirements. The proposed salary range for this position is outlined below.

Salary range: $140,000 - $165,000
