Overview

As a Program Manager on our GTM Programs team, you will drive strategic programs that directly support the CRO's revenue priorities and operational excellence across the go-to-market organization. Backed by intelligent automation that eliminates administrative overhead, you'll spend your time where it matters most: shaping program strategy, aligning cross-functional executives, managing risk, and ensuring GTM initiatives deliver measurable business impact. This is a role for a proactive program manager who wants to operate at the intersection of GTM strategy and execution, not just track a project plan.

What You’ll Do:

Program Strategy & Delivery

Own end-to-end delivery of GTM programs directly tied to CRO and GTM leadership priorities (e.g., pipeline generation, sales productivity, territory/segmentation, GTM systems, compensation/quota initiatives), ensuring alignment to business goals, not just scope/timeline/budget.

Translate ambiguous executive priorities into structured program plans, phased roadmaps, and clear success metrics.

Independently manage a portfolio of concurrent, cross-functional programs spanning Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, RevOps, and GTM Technology.

Proactively identify, quantify, and mitigate program-level risks and dependencies; escalate strategically with recommended options, not just problem statements, to senior leadership.

Lead change management for new processes, tools, and org changes, driving adoption across GTM teams.

Run executive-level program reviews, steering committee updates, and cross-functional working sessions; drive decisions and hold owners accountable to action items.

Serve as a trusted advisor to functional leaders, connecting program-level work back to broader GTM/CRO strategy.

Process & Workflow Optimization

Leverage AI-driven automation and modern productivity tooling to eliminate manual PM overhead and maximize time spent on judgment-based, strategic work.

Use data (Salesforce, Smartsheet, BI tools) to monitor program health, surface trends, and inform leadership decisions, going beyond status reporting into insight generation.

Identify systemic inefficiencies across GTM workflows and lead process redesign efforts, partnering with GTM Ops and GTM Technology teams.

Continuously evaluate and pilot new intelligent tools to raise the bar on program management maturity across the team.

What You Bring:

5+ years of program/project management experience, with demonstrated ownership of cross-functional, business-critical initiatives (SaaS or tech environment strongly preferred).

Track record of managing programs with direct executive/senior-leadership visibility and competing priorities.

Strong business acumen, able to connect program execution to revenue and GTM strategy, not just deliverables.

Excellent judgment in risk identification and escalation; comfortable making recommendations, not just surfacing issues.

Sharp written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to senior/executive stakeholders.

Demonstrated success driving change management and adoption across diverse, sometimes resistant, stakeholder groups.

Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable operating with ambiguity in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

AI & Innovation Mindset

Fluent with AI-enabled productivity and automation tools; treats them as core infrastructure for how you manage programs, not a nice-to-have.

Actively seeks ways to apply automation/AI to reduce administrative burden and increase strategic capacity across the team.

Growth-oriented and curious; quick to adopt and champion new tools and ways of working.

Strongly Preferred

Direct experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Strategy/Technology functions.

SaaS experience in a high-growth environment.

Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Smartsheet, Jira, and Google Suite.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program management certification (nice to have, not required).
