We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to join the project for an 6-month engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Programme governance

Build and maintain an integrated end-to-end plan across all workstreams

Define and track milestones, deliverables, owners and dependencies

Track plan vs. actual; run a weekly RAG status and decision cadence

Own the overall status as the single source of truth

Rollout and scale-up

Ensure readiness for OEM/insurer rollouts (incl. regional readiness, E2E process/SOP)

Define and monitor go/no-go criteria

Synchronise repair-shop onboarding, training (incl. train-the-trainer), product releases and insurer integrations

Steer rollout, hypercare and handover to business-as-usual

Separate must-haves for the next rollout from items that can follow later

Identify technical deliverables that block volume

Make dependencies between OEM, insurer, gateway, operations and network visible

Surface resource and prioritisation conflicts that put dates at risk

Product and process stabilisation

Create transparency on incidents, defects and workarounds (age, resolution time, root causes, owners)

Drive root-cause resolution of recurring issues

Prevent permanent manual workarounds from replacing technical fixes

Track reduction of lead time and touchpoints

KPI and performance management

Build or consolidate a KPI framework: volume actual vs. forecast, open cases, process deviations, manual touchpoints

Measure lead times across process checkpoints: coverage confirmation, repair-estimate approval, estimate resubmission, invoice approval, payment confirmation

Manage incidents/defects by count, age and resolution time

Track repair-shop activation and usage and technical/operational readiness

Resource and prioritisation management

Spot bottlenecks early and make their impact transparent

Steer prioritisation within the programme

Make prioritisation needs versus other initiatives visible, based on facts

Escalate decisions in time

Stakeholder and management engagement

Central coordinator between business, operations, product, gateway/IT, network development, OEMs, insurers and management

Management reporting: status, changes since last report (with history), risks, dependencies, decisions, escalations

Requirements:

Must-have

Very strong end-to-end programme management

Experience in complex, cross-functional transformation/IT programmes

Technical understanding to challenge dependencies and deliverables

Rigorous task, risk, dependency and decision management

Track record in rollout and scale-up programmes

Strong analytical skills, KPI-driven

Able to translate between business, operations and IT

Strong delivery focus and consistent follow-up

Upper intermediate English and German speaking language

Nice-to-have

Repair-shop or network processes

Digital process platforms, system integrations/interfaces

Incident/defect/backlog management

Change, training and rollout experience
