Product Owner
This role will be reporting to the Senior Manager, Product Management and will regularly engage with cross-functional leaders. This individual will execute on converting the product vision and roadmap into workable product requirements for engineering to meet product roadmap expectations defined by the Product Manager. The Product Owner is responsible for the development backlog, grooming and acceptance of features and requirements to support product strategy execution and the voice of the customer.
Duties and responsibilities
Works in an Agile environment and continuously reviews the business needs, refines priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and identifies opportunities and risks.
Translates product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria (definition of done).
Prioritizes and maintains the sprint backlog for assigned products, balancing the requirements of stakeholders.
Leads the product functional design process based on an intimate knowledge of the users and technology.
Works with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, including analytics, design/user experience, engineering, and user enablement.
Works with user-focused departments to define the self-service user experience, support, and monitoring for customers.
Develops and maintains appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance post-launch to evaluate future investment.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of product or project development experience
At least 1 year of experience in Product Management and/or Product Development
Established background in launching software or services in partnership with engineering teams, an understanding of Agile principles, and a high degree of proficiency in prototyping and iterative development
Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable experience, within healthcare a plus
Preferred Qualifications
Product Owner (CPO) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) certifications or equivalent
Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable experience required, within healthcare a plus
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
These include the minimum knowledge, skills, abilities, and other characteristics necessary to perform the job effectively. (e.g., SaaS knowledge, ability to lead a team, etc.)

Estimated Salary Range for this position: $80,000 - $108,000
