Product Operations Coach

We're seeking an experienced product operations coach to work with students and professionals building careers in product operations. This role includes teaching core skills in operations management, process improvement, project management, problem solving, and data analysis, as well as guidance on applying AI fundamentals and AI automation to streamline modern workflows. Coaches also support students through general skill building and help with the career side of the journey, including resume review, cover letters, LinkedIn review, interview prep, salary negotiation, and networking strategy, as well as promotion strategy and freelancing for those pursuing independent work. Ideal candidates have professional experience in product operations, prior coaching or mentoring experience, and a clear, structured approach to breaking down operational and strategic concepts. Coaches set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with our team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every student.
