Synthesize complex market trends and security/endpoint management requirements into actionable product requirements and detailed PRDs.
Translate raw research insights into user personas, customer journey maps, and high-impact feature enhancements.
Customer Satisfaction & Feedback Optimization
Own and scale Hexnode’s Voice of Customer (VoC) program, directly connecting customer feedback loops (NPS, CSAT, G2/Capterra reviews, churn analysis) to sprint planning.
Partner with Customer Success, Support, and Sales teams to identify major platform friction points, reducing time-to-value and customer churn.
Design and manage Beta testing programs to validate feature utility and usability prior to full commercial rollout.

Work directly with UX/UI designers and engineering teams in an Agile environment to build intuitive, enterprise-grade workflows.
Define and track key product adoption, engagement, and retention metrics using tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Google Analytics.
Prioritize the product backlog using frameworks like RICE or Kano to balance strategic feature requests with core usability enhancements.

CSAT & Retention Focus: Demonstrated history of directly driving improvements in customer satisfaction metrics (CSAT, NPS) and reducing platform churn through product changes.
Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand complex IT workflows, enterprise security, and software architecture.
Proficiency with analytics and research tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Hotjar, Qualtrics, Jira, Figma).
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a track record of distilling customer feedback into strategic narratives for executive stakeholders.
