About The Role 💻

We are looking for a Product Manager I to join our Product team. As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping Clarity’s product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with both our business objectives and user needs. Your mission will be to determine the most impactful features to develop, drive the product roadmap, and coordinate all phases of the product life cycle — from discovery and experimentation to planning and release.

What You’ll Be Doing 🚀

Working as a(n) Product Manager I, you will be responsible for:

Product Vision & Strategy: Aligning the product strategy with Clarity’s business needs and those of the users and determining the features that are most relevant to develop

End-to-End Responsibility & Coordination: Driving in all phases of the product life cycle, from discovery and experimentation to planning to release. You will drive the product roadmap and requirement definition, keep track of deadlines, and make sure everything is running smoothly between the other teams within your squad (developers, data science, researchers), and with the rest of the stakeholders (business development, customer success, etc.)

Reporting: Reporting on various product success KPIs and ensuring commitment to the product roadmap

Documentation: Documenting user stories and use cases for new features or enhancements in the product. You will also support the documentation of product release notes for both internal and external communication.

Data analysis: Performing recurrent analysis on the usage of the product and extracting key insights for the improvement of the product

Objectives and key results: Helping the squad to define the OKRs and track the evolution to identify potential deviations and contribute to the definition of alternatives

Market intelligence: Taking part in analyzing the competitor landscape and staying up to date on data and market trends in the social impact and financial investment area

What You’ll Need 👀

Years of Experience: 3-5

Educational Background: A Bachelor’s, Master’s, or advanced degree in Engineering, Statistics, Science, Mathematics, or Business

Self-starter, able to take ownership and initiative, with high energy and stamina

Decisive and action-oriented, able to make rapid decisions even when they are short of information

Highly motivated, independent and deeply passionate about sustainability and impact

Detail-oriented, numerically proficient, with natural curiosity and an innovative approach to problem-solving

Strong organization and project management skills

Excellent oral and written English communication skills (minimum C1 level-proficient user)

Experience in a start-up

MBA

Professional experience in the financial services sector

Professional experience in sustainability, social impact and/or ESG research
