Zone & Co. is seeking a Director of Procure-to-Pay Product Suite to define, build, and scale our flagship platform. As the strategic leader of this product area, you will set the vision, drive innovation, and lead a high-performing team to deliver transformative solutions for global businesses. What You'll Do:
Define and communicate a bold, actionable product vision and strategy for the Procure-to-Pay suite, aligned with Zone & Co.’s overall business goals and market opportunities.
Lead, mentor, and empower a high-performing team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and customer focus.
Own and scale the product roadmap, ensuring seamless integration of procurement and payment workflows that drive measurable value for customers.
Translate customer feedback, market trends, and competitive insights into data-driven product decisions and prioritization.
Champion design excellence by delivering intuitive, user-centric solutions that elevate the customer experience and differentiate our offerings.
Collaborate closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and executive leadership to align vision and execution, from ideation to launch.
Serve as a visible product leader—representing the Procure to Pay suite in customer conversations, internal leadership forums, and industry events.
What You'll Need:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Product Management, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
10+ years of experience in product management, with deep expertise in Accounts Payable (AP) automation and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) solutions.
Strong understanding of end-to-end AP workflows, including the day-to-day needs of AP teams and the strategic priorities of CFOs.
Hands-on experience building AI-powered products and successfully bringing them to market.
Strong ownership and initiative, with the ability to drive outcomes end to end, act proactively, and identify and address challenges early.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, adapt quickly, and adjust priorities based on customer feedback, data, and market insights.
Strong commercial judgment, with the ability to balance customer needs, business objectives, and market opportunities.
Proven experience leading and developing product teams, with excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with peers and executive leadership.
The base salary range for this position is £100,000 – £108,000 GBP + bonus + equity. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s skills, qualifications, experience, and education, as well as market and business considerations.
