Producer
What you’ll do
We’re looking for a Producer on our Creative team to own the logistics behind every shoot Giga runs, globally, and to give our creative team the project coordination backbone it needs to move fast. In this hybrid role, you’ll manage crew and talent staffing, scheduling, budgets, and vendor logistics for productions across every market we shoot in, while also lending broader project coordination support across the creative team’s initiatives. This individual will be involved in all aspects of production, including crew/talent staffing, travel and logistics, budgeting, vendor management, and cross-functional project coordination.
This is a high-visibility, high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives on keeping complex, multi-market productions organized and running without a hitch.
Where you’ll work
This role will be based in our Long Beach offices, hybrid (in-office 2 days/week), with occasional domestic and international travel to production sites.

Coordinate travel, lodging, ground transport, and customs or carnet logistics for international shoots
Build and maintain production budgets, track actuals against estimates, and process vendor and freelancer payments
Serve as the day-of point of contact on set, troubleshooting logistics issues in real time
Manage our freelancer network: recruiting, vetting, onboarding, and maintaining a trusted roster of crew and vendors across regions
Project Management:
Coordinate closely with our in-house + freelance team to keep shoot output aligned with post-production timelines
Maintain the team’s shared production calendar, asset trackers, and shoot documentation so nothing falls through the cracks
Lend project management support on broader creative initiatives: tracking timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional dependencies

Clear, proactive communicator who can manage crew, talent, and vendors under pressure
Comfortable working across time zones with global teams and partners
Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Monday, Airtable, or similar)
Bonus points
Experience in energy, industrial, or B2B marketing environments
Existing network of freelance crew/talent across major markets
Familiarity with post-production workflows (editing, color, delivery specs)
