Principal Test Development Engineer

Responsibilities:

Participate in the review of product requirements, system design, and code, providing constructive feedback and improvement suggestions.

Design and execute test cases; track and identify defects or issues in product software.

Propose appropriate automation solutions based on product and project characteristics; design and implement automated testing tools to improve testing efficiency.

Continuously improve existing test strategies to enhance overall testing quality, including but not limited to process optimization, testing innovation, and the introduction of new testing methodologies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

3+ years of hands-on experience in software testing.

Proficient in at least one of the following programming languages: Python, Go, or Java, with the ability to develop relevant tools.

Strong data processing skills; excellent communication, teamwork, and fast-learning abilities.

Genuine interest in and sensitivity to emerging technologies and new industry trends is a plus.

Experience in developing performance testing platforms or chaos engineering platforms is a strong plus.
