Principal Backend Development Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain core market data modules

Design and optimize real-time market data computation and low-latency push pipelines

Tune system performance under high-concurrency, high-throughput scenarios to ensure accuracy and timeliness of market data

Participate in technical design reviews and code reviews

Build system observability infrastructure, including monitoring & alerting, distributed tracing, and logging systems

Participate in production incident investigation and post-mortem reviews

Requirements

3+ years of Go development experience; solid understanding of Go's concurrency model, memory model, and GC mechanics

Experience designing high-concurrency, low-latency systems; familiar with common performance bottlenecks and optimization techniques

Familiar with message queues (Kafka / Redis Streams, etc.) in data streaming architectures

Proficient with real-time data transport protocols such as WebSocket and gRPC

Strong engineering discipline — clean code structure and a habit of conducting code reviews
