Monks is looking for a Project Manager to join our team, to work with our client in creating ground-breaking work and help define the strategic direction businesses should take in the digital space.
Role & Responsibilities:
Understanding the context of a client and their business objectives and translating these objectives into a data driven strategic direction for the client
Proactively developing marketing and communication strategies for our clients.
You’ll liaise between our client leads and teams to ensure Monks nails milestone after milestone — hustling internal resources to meet external deadlines no matter what.
Your job is to constantly balance resources and workload: your planning and coordination are key for successfully delivering projects on time.
Provide strategy guidance and effective cross-channel recommendations as campaigns are developed, as well as guide and participate in the development of branded experiences and messaging.
Collaborate with cross-functional, multi-market teams to ensure effective delivery of proposals and campaigns.
A big part of your day-to-day is briefing team members on delivery objectives and keeping stakeholders informed on the progress of projects.
You’ll schedule, track and prioritize assignments and make sure the right Monks are available to provide our client with a constant flow of high-end production work.
You’ll also evaluate the good, the bad and the ugly of finished projects to improve our processes and work streams.
You should have:
We’re looking for someone who is first and foremost an excellent project manager.
Your 3+ years of experience in digital advertising or production have made you fabulous at dealing with stress and phenomenal at communicating with (stressed-out) clients and coworkers.
Experience handling and working with global brands.
Experience in using research and insights to generate creative briefs and marketing plans.
Ability to identify strategic needs of a client business, provide sound marketing and communications recommendations and generate alignment with key stakeholders and partners in the execution of a plan.
Understanding of a wide range of industries, markets and brands, and what it takes to stand out and service them.
You’re a proficient communicator — able to provide clear updates on the development of projects and knowing how to describe issues and required actions to Monks in other offices.
You have solid scoping skills, which translate into realistic timings and resource estimates.
Exceptional communications and presentation skills.
Intermediate to advanced english is a must.
