Collaborate with internal teams (Tax, Legal, HR, Finance) and external partners (ADP, tax agencies) on transition deliverables.
Track deadlines, dependencies, filings, registrations, and open items throughout the transition and identify and escalate risks or compliance gaps.
Support the payroll implementation workstream for the migration of StackAdapt's entities to a new global payroll provider following the US LLC transition.
Support implementation activities including data preparation and migration, payroll configuration, integration coordination, validation, testing, parallel payroll runs, issue resolution, and go-live readiness.
Coordinate with the global payroll provider, internal stakeholders, and payroll teams across multiple countries to ensure implementation milestones and dependencies are met.
Maintain detailed project documentation, payroll requirements, testing results, issue logs, and implementation sign-offs.
Support a controlled transition to the new global payroll provider while maintaining payroll accuracy, compliance, and business continuity throughout the migration.
