We’re expanding across Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Chile, and Peru, and seeking a Patient Engagement Lead who can turn patient-focused strategies into measurable enrollment and retention results for our clients across the globe.

The Patient Engagement Lead (PEL) supports the delivery and execution of patient engagement strategies for clinical trials. Working as part of a cross-functional team, this role helps translate patient engagement plans into operational activities that improve patient access, understanding, recruitment, and retention.

The PEL collaborates with internal stakeholders and external partners to support the development and implementation of patient-focused solutions, contributing to improved patient and care partner experience across assigned studies.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Support project teams in translating patient engagement strategies into practical, study-level plans and deliverables

Assist in the development or coordination of patient engagement materials in line with literacy, health literacy, and DEI guidelines

Support identification and engagement of Patient Advocacy Groups and community organizations

Contribute to patient feasibility activities, including collecting and summarizing patient and caregiver insights

Coordinate with vendors (e.g., travel, outreach, home health) to help ensure a positive patient experience

Partner with internal teams to support inclusive representation in clinical trials and patient engagement initiatives

Assist in monitoring implementation of patient engagement plans and tracking study impact metrics

Participate in sponsor and internal meetings; may support presentation of patient engagement plans and updates

Contribute to bid defense preparation and provide input on patient engagement components

Maintain effective communication with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely execution

Education and Experience

Minimum Education & Experience:

Degree in life sciences or related field (or equivalent experience)

A minimum of 3 years’ experience in CRO, pharmaceutical, or healthcare organizations

Exposure to clinical trial operations and/or patient engagement activities

Preferred Education & Experience:

Experience supporting patient engagement, recruitment, or clinical trial delivery

Familiarity with patient-centered research or patient advocacy engage

Professional working proficiency in English required

Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies:

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a matrix environment

Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills

Developing analytical and problem-solving capability

Understanding of clinical trials and patient journey (foundational to intermediate level)

Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Professional, reliable, and proactive approach to work
