Partner Programs & Analytics Manager
About the role:
Within the Global Channel Strategy and Operations Organization, you will drive operational excellence by serving as a critical bridge between business partners, internal stakeholders, and leadership. In this role, you will ensure seamless partner onboarding, deliver rapid case resolution, and analyze program workflows to optimize partner satisfaction. This high-impact role requires strong strategic thinking, resilient execution, and the ability to turn complex operational challenges into streamlined, scalable processes.
What you’ll do?
Strategic Workflow & Process Optimization: Responsible for case resolution for Partner Programs, uncover operational bottlenecks, and design proactive strategies to eliminate root-cause issues and reduce support volume working cross-functionally across Legal, Sales, Finance, and Product to secure rapid resolution.
Content & Asset Operations Management: Oversee the lifecycle, governance, and distribution of internal enablement materials and partner-facing assets—ensuring documentation, program collateral, and operational resources are consistently updated, organized, and easily accessible where required.
AI-Driven Data Analytics & Insights: Harness enterprise AI tools and analytical platforms to track key performance indicators (KPIs), perform root-cause analyses on case trends, and present actionable, data-backed recommendations directly to the Director, Partner Programs.
Partner Lifecycle & Governance: Direct end-to-end New Partner Onboarding workflows, ensuring seamless implementation of regional approval matrices, legal contracts, and global governance protocols.
Certification & Program Reporting: Establish and maintain real-time reporting architectures for Sales and Technical Certifications across the global ecosystem to measure partner capability and readiness.
Financial & Operations Execution: Oversee Purchase Order (PO) creation, financial approvals, and fund distribution for Contra, Business Development Funds (BDF), and Market Development Funds (MDF) utilizing Coupa.
Experience you'll need:
5+ Years of Operations Experience: Proven track record in case management, partner operations, tier-2/3 support coordination, or business operations in a global setting.
Demonstrated Resilience: A persistent, hands-on problem solver with a history of driving initiatives to completion despite obstacles, changing priorities, or tight timelines.
Strategic & Analytical Mindset: Exceptional ability to audit existing processes, identify workflow inefficiencies, and implement scalable, data-backed solutions.
Agility in High-Growth Environments: Strong flexibility and adaptability to pivot quickly, prioritize competing demand, and execute independently in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency with CRM ticketing tools (Salesforce), enterprise procurement software (Coupa), and cloud collaboration platforms (Google Workspace).
Modern AI & Technical Mastery: Practical, hands-on experience using generative AI tools and enterprise search platforms (e.g., Claude, Gemini, Glean) to optimize workflows, synthesize information, and accelerate problem-solving. Advanced proficiency with Salesforce, Coupa, and Google Workspace.
Schedule Requirement: Ability to work full United States business hours (CST alignment) to support core global stakeholders.
Education & Communication: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
7+ years of specialized experience within Channel Programs, Channel Operations, or Partner Success in the SaaS or Cybersecurity sectors.
Global experience managing cross-border channel operations and navigating international channel dynamics.
Creative problem-solving capabilities with a history of innovating partner engagement models and program frameworks.
