A family in Jacksonville, FL 32258 is seeking an experienced and compassionate Nanny for their 2-year-old twin boys to assist with morning care, educational activities, and daily routines.
Schedule:
Start date: November 2026
Days: Monday through Friday
Hours: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM EST (25 hours per week)
Family Specifications:
Smoke free home
1 pet dog (45 lb Norwegian Elkhound mix)
Both parents work from home
Responsibilities:
Attending to general care and supervision for twin toddlers
Implementing hands-on Montessori-style educational activities, arts & crafts, and developmental play
Planning meals, preparing food, and feeding children
Light housekeeping directly related to children (cleaning up after meals/activities, children's laundry)
Assisting with changing diapers and/or potty training
Requirements:
Prior nanny or childcare experience required
Hands-on experience with Montessori methods/principles
Must be able to reliably commute
Strong communication, reliability, and engaging presence
Preferred:
Previous experience caring for twins/ multiples
CPR/First Aid certified (family is open to providing training if needed)
Compensation:
$25 - $30 per hour
