You're about to embark on a bold, challenging, and game-changing journey. As a Part-Time Installer Support Specialist, you’ll assist by supporting loan applications throughout the application, documentation, funding, and servicing processes.
What You’ll Contribute in This Role:
Loan Application & Funding Processing
Review and validate documents submitted as part of the loan application and funding process, including contracts and other required project documentation.
Assist with processing and tracking loan application and funding requests.
Review documentation for completeness and identify missing or additional information needed.
Maintain accurate project notes and documentation within internal systems.
Escalate complex issues, discrepancies, or exceptions to the appropriate team member.
Installer Support & Project Coordination
Respond to installer support requests and assist installers with questions regarding applications, project requirements, documentation, and funding.
Follow up with installers regarding outstanding documents or project requirements.
Support the team with administrative tasks associated with installer onboarding, project processing, funding, and ongoing account support.

Education and Experience
0-3 years of experience in the job force; experience in a client centric, high-volume role, ideally in a remote environment strongly preferred.

What to Expect in Your Work Environment
Remote role within the United States; Eastern Standard Hours.
Occasional U.S. travel for company events.
Tobacco-Free employer. All employees must affirm to be non-smokers or affirm commitment to cessation within 90-days of offer acceptance.
Sustained standing and sitting, frequent communication (speaking and listening) and use of PC, including typing or sustained attention to monitor, occasional lifting up to 20 lbs.

Pay Transparency
The base pay for this role starts at $25/hr and is commensurate based on experience required in the role.
