Empower Behavior Solutions is growing, and we're looking for compassionate, motivated Certified Behavior Technicians (CBTs) to join our team!
We provide high-quality ABA services designed to help children build meaningful skills, increase independence, and reach their full potential.
This position provides 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes and school settings. We do not provide clinic-based services.
Current Opportunity
We're currently seeking a Certified Behavior Technician to provide services in Puyallup to a 7 year-old client.
Schedule: Approximately 12-20 hours per week. Additional hours may be available by combining multiple client cases when schedules and locations align
Setting: Home and/or school-based
Days/Times: MTTH 10-2 (Flexible)
Preferred Candidate: Female CBT / Experienced CBT / Open to all qualified CBTs]
Pay: $25.00–$28.00/hour

Interested in additional or future virtual hours? As our virtual program continues to develop, CBTs who establish themselves successfully with in-person services may have opportunities to take on hybrid or virtual cases as they become available.

What You'll Do
Provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a BCBA
Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention programs
Deliver services in the client's home and/or school
Collect accurate session data and complete documentation in Rethink within 24 hours of each session
Communicate professionally with families, school staff, and supervising clinicians
Foster a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment
Follow all company policies while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
What You'll Need
Required
Active Washington State Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) certification — REQUIRED
Applicants without an active WA State CBT certification will not be contacted or considered
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience implementing ABA programs and collecting behavioral data
Reliable transportation to the client's location
Strong communication and organizational skills
Compassion, patience, and a commitment to helping children succeed
Willingness to provide in-person services
Preferred
Previous ABA therapy experience
Two or more years of experience working with children
Interest in future hybrid or virtual ABA opportunities
