Outbound Sales Representative
ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will play a key role in supporting patients during the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP). You will connect with patients by phone, educate them about their healthcare coverage options for the upcoming year, and ensure they feel confident and supported in navigating their choices. In this role, you will work closely with the center team members and insurance brokers to make sure each patient’s needs are fully addressed and that they are set up for success in 2027.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Specific responsibilities for this role will include, but are not limited to:
Patient Engagement & AEP Support
Conduct outbound and inbound calls with patients during the Annual Enrollment Period to review coverage options and answer questions
Partner with PRMs and brokers to coordinate support, ensuring patients receive the guidance they need
Assist patients in navigating their healthcare coverage options with patience, and clear communication
Document all patient interactions, next steps, and outcomes in relevant systems
Collaboration & Coordination
Work hand-in-hand with the center team members to identify patients needing extra support and follow through on action items
Coordinate with insurance brokers to ensure patients’ insurance transitions are smooth and all questions are addressed
Provide regular updates to the center team members to maintain alignment on patient needs and enrollment progress
Share patient feedback and barriers with leadership to improve processes and patient experience
Sales & Outreach
Execute a structured outreach cadence (calls, texts, emails) to ensure timely follow-up with patients during AEP
Manage a high volume of daily outreach while maintaining high-quality, personalized communication
Track performance metrics and contribute to enrollment success targets
ABOUT YOU

A great candidate for this role:
Has demonstrated success in sales, inside sales, or customer service (healthcare or insurance preferred)
Possesses 1–2 years of experience in a patient-facing or customer-facing role
Is comfortable managing a high volume of calls and follow-ups during peak enrollment periods
Is empathetic, a strong communicator, and an active listener
Is organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in coordinating across multiple stakeholders
Builds trust quickly and can handle sensitive conversations with professionalism
Enjoys talking with seniors
Is comfortable using email, Microsoft Office applications, and computer reporting tools
Is collaborative and works well with center team members, brokers, and other internal partners
Has U.S. work authorization (required)
Preferred but not required:
Prior healthcare, insurance, or senior services experience
Familiarity with Medicare Advantage, Dual-Eligible populations, or enrollment processes

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
