Office Manager (Part-Time)
NOTE: This is a part-time (3 days per week) office based role with a 6 months fixed term contract
About the position:
Netskope is looking for an organized, proactive and highly autonomous Office Operations Coordinator to lead our London office. This is a varied, office-based role for three days per week where you will take ownership of the day-to-day operations, build strong relationships across the business, and foster a positive, collaborative office culture.
We are looking for someone who enjoys variety, exercises sound judgment, and can independently drive projects to completion. As a growing business, you will be expected to identify priorities and step outside of core responsibilities to support the wider team as challenges evolve.
Responsibilities include:
Office Operations
Serve as the primary point of contact for the London office, managing building relationships and external vendors.
Oversee daily operations, ensuring a welcoming, organized, and efficient workspace.
Manage visitor access, security protocols, and building pass administration.
Maintain office inventory, including supplies, kitchen stock, and courier services.
Ensure meeting rooms and communal areas are maintained to high standards.
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the office environment and workplace experience.
Business Operations
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, HR, Finance, Marketing, IT, and Compliance teams.
Lead operational projects and support office audits and compliance requirements.
Liaise with IT to resolve office technology issues efficiently.
Take ownership of operational challenges, ensuring swift, professional resolution.
Provide flexible administrative support to meet evolving business priorities.
Partner closely with the Sales team to support operational needs, including coordinating logistics for partner days, customer meetings, catering requirements, and preparation of printed collateral.
Employee Experience & Culture
Act as the trusted internal point of contact for the UK team, fostering strong professional relationships.
Coordinate logistics for collaboration days, catering, and onsite events.
Support business activities, including customer visits, partner meetings, and internal gatherings.
Facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new starters and visitors.
Drive creative initiatives that encourage office attendance and strengthen team culture.

Working Pattern
Part-time (3 days per week).
Office-based in our London office (Liverpool Str area).
Working days are flexible but attendance in the office is required on all working days.
