NP School Admissions Coach

We're seeking an experienced NP school admissions coach to work with nurses preparing to apply to nurse practitioner programs. This role includes guiding students through school selection and application strategy, refining essays and secondary applications, coordinating letters of recommendation, and helping students choose a specialization that fits their clinical interests and career goals. Coaches also support students with resume review, interview prep, and waitlist strategy, as well as guidance on clinical rotations, licensing and certifications, and financial aid and scholarships to help students navigate the full path to enrollment. Ideal candidates have firsthand experience with the NP admissions process, prior advising or coaching experience, and a clear, structured approach to helping students present their strongest possible application. Coaches set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with our team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every student.
