About the Role

TeleMed2U is seeking an experienced and patient-focused Nephrologist to join our growing virtual specialty care team in (Part-Time) capacity. This role allows you to deliver high-quality nephrology care through a fully remote telehealth platform while maintaining an excellent work–life balance.

What You Will Do

Provide virtual Nephrology consultations, evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment plans via telehealth

Evaluate, diagnose, and manage chronic kidney diseases

Conduct follow-up visits and longitudinal care for established patients

Document all patient encounters accurately and timely within the EMR - Advanced MD

Collaborate with other specialists and care team members to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care

Maintain compliance with TeleMed2U clinical protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

MD or DO from an accredited medical school

Completed fellowship training in Nephrology

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Nephrology

Active, unrestricted medical licenses (multi-state licensure preferred)

Comfortable providing care in a telehealth environment

Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and commitment to patient-centered care
