As an MSSP Project Manager, you will be tasked with driving project management across SentinelOne's MSSP business, from MSSP product transition strategies to key strategic programs and special projects. You will join a newly formed team supporting MSSP Revenue Acceleration as SentinelOne evolves its MSSP program, working closely with MSSP Revenue Assurance and MSSP Sales Leadership. Partnering across MSSP, Solutions Engineering, Marketing, Product, Legal, and IT, you will keep timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders aligned so initiatives land on time and with quality.

What Will You Do?

Primary responsibilities include:

Track and monitor deliverables for the MSSP product transition strategy, defining key milestones and working cross-functionally to keep project timelines and deliverables on track.

Provide project management across MSSP revenue operations initiatives, including quote-to-cash, deal governance, forecasting, and partner lifecycle enhancements, in partnership with the MSSP Revenue Assurance team.

Support ad hoc special projects within MSSP, such as partnering with internal teams to unify capabilities and offerings within MSSP.

Selectively lead key large and strategic MSSP programs, ensuring timely delivery and quality.

Build and maintain the project management operating system for MSSP, including project plans, dependency maps, and a status reporting cadence that gives leadership real-time visibility into active initiatives.

Evaluate and, where needed, suggest processes that anticipate, identify, and mitigate potential issues, and coach teams on risk, dependency, and stakeholder management practices.

Foster strong cross-functional collaboration across MSSP, Solutions Engineering, Marketing, Product, Legal, IT, and other teams, breaking down silos and encouraging open communication.

Regularly review and redefine key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of projects.

Develop and deliver dashboards and analytics to track project status, metrics, and milestones.

Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices, ensuring the organization is prepared for scale.

What Skills and Knowledge Will You Bring?

Ideal candidates will have:

5 or more years of progressive experience working in MSSPs, enterprise software, cybersecurity, or the technology industry.

Project management experience within partner operations, sales operations, or partner experience functions.

3 or more years of experience creating dashboards and visualizations, including SQL, data aggregation, and AI tooling such as Claude.

Experience with project management tooling, such as Asana, Jira, and Google Workspace.

Technical aptitude paired with a strong understanding of the business side, ensuring a holistic approach.

The ability to articulate complex ideas clearly, driving requirements and projects with global, diverse teams.

Strong relationship-building skills across organizational levels, with expertise in managing diverse stakeholder expectations and a proven track record of making informed decisions and standing firm when necessary to drive project success.

Familiarity with risk management processes and strategies that keep projects proceeding smoothly.

The ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, using data and metrics to inform decisions, measure success, and identify areas for improvement.

Prior technical program management experience in SaaS or a technical domain is preferred.
