What this kind of role looks like
Generate consumer trial of company drink products through guerrilla and event-based sampling
Communicate core brand messaging and pillars to consumers in the field
Support sales efforts through event sampling, merchandising, and lead generation
Build and maintain key account relationships and centers of influence
Ensure point-of-sale materials are correctly displayed, products are properly stocked, and cold vault standards are met
Care for all program materials and brand assets with professionalism and precision
What we typically look for
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
1+ years of experience in promotional sales or field marketing
Strong consumer-facing communication skills and a natural ability to engage people
High personal standards around appearance, punctuality, and professionalism
Comfort working flexible schedules across a variety of retail and event environments
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
