Mohs Surgeon (MD/DO) - Cleveland, Ohio

Position Overview

Apex Skin is seeking a fellowship-trained Mohs Surgeon to join our physician-led dermatology practice in Northeast Ohio. The Mohs Surgeon will provide specialized surgical care, including Mohs micrographic surgery and related cutaneous procedures, while collaborating with dermatologists, dermatopathologists, APPs, and clinical staff.

Key Responsibilities

Perform Mohs micrographic surgery and related cutaneous surgical procedures.

Evaluate patients and develop appropriate treatment plans.

Provide preoperative and postoperative patient care.

Collaborate with referring dermatologists and members of the clinical team.

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Provide evidence-based care consistent with established clinical and regulatory standards.

Participate in quality improvement, education, research, or other professional activities as appropriate.

Qualifications

MD or DO degree.

Completion of an accredited Dermatology residency.

Fellowship training in Mohs Micrographic Surgery and Cutaneous Oncology.

Board certified or board eligible in Dermatology.

Eligible for medical licensure in Ohio.

Demonstrated surgical and clinical proficiency.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
