What will you do?

As a Mobile Apps Developer, you play an important role within the development team. You are responsible for designing, building, and continuously improving mobile applications for Android and iOS, ensuring they are scalable, high-performing, and future-proof.

You are involved throughout the entire software development lifecycle and take the lead in technical decision-making. In addition, you safeguard the quality, security, and maintainability of our solutions while actively contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and ways of working.

You will work in a multidisciplinary Scrum team and act as a trusted partner for Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, and other stakeholders. You take ownership of complex features and contribute to a strong team dynamic through knowledge sharing and coaching.

Your key responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable mobile solutions

Contribute to decisions regarding frameworks, tooling, and technologies

Integrate APIs and external services

Ensure code quality, performance, security, and maintainability

Set up and improve CI/CD processes and automation

Identify risks and proactively propose solutions

How do you work?

You will be part of a Scrum team and work closely with Product Management, UX/UI, and other development teams. You actively participate in Agile/Scrum processes and contribute to effective collaboration and continuous improvement.

You translate functional requirements into robust technical solutions, taking user experience, performance, and various usage scenarios, including both online and offline functionality, into account.

What do you bring?

Affinity with mobile app development (UX, performance, offline/online scenarios);

At least 3+ years of experience as a Software Developer, including multiple years in mobile development;

Minimum of 3 years of experience with .NET (preferably .NET Core / .NET 6+);

Experience with ASP.NET Core for developing REST APIs and backend services;

Demonstrable development experience;

Experience with source control systems such as GitKnowledge of software design principles (SOLID, DRY, Clean Code);

Proven experience building maintainable and testable software;

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

An ownership mindset with a strong focus on quality and delivery.

Nice to have

Experience with mobile app development for Android and/or iOS;

Experience with .NET MAUI or similar mobile frameworks (e.g., Xamarin);

Experience with DevOps and CI/CD practices (Repos, Pipelines, Pull Requests);

Experience with test automation (UI testing such as Appium and API/integration testing);

Experience with Azure or other cloud environments;

Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Application Insights);

Knowledge of performance optimization for both mobile and backend solutions;

Experience using AI tools in development (e.g., Copilot, AI-assisted testing).
