Mission Manager

Essential Functions:

Lead complex, worldwide operations to develop actionable intelligence against high priority threats to U.S. national security.

Direct sensitive missions in a fast-paced, high-impact 24/7 intelligence operations center to satisfy collection requirements and maximize resource effectiveness.

Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of various collection platforms utilized to close intelligence gaps and accomplish strategic, operational and tactical objectives.

Manage multi-organizational teams and coordinate closely with mission partners within an all-source intelligence collection and analysis construct.

Take part in short-term, domestic and international client-sponsored deployments.

Performs other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Active Top Secret security clearance and polygraph

Mission Integration, Dynamic ISR Operations, and ability to drive operational decisions preferred.

Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and deliver results

Strong interpersonal communication skills and team collaboration to promote ideas and information sharing

Previous management or program leadership experience

Strong analytical, verbal and written skills

The Company provides a reasonable range of compensation. Actual compensation is influenced by an array of factors including, but not limited to, skill set, level of experience, and specific location. The range of starting pay for this position is for the listed location only.

Salary Range

$120,000—$200,000 USD
