What you will do:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot;
Contribute to the evolution of microservices architecture, ensuring performance, resilience, and maintainability;
Develop and optimize RESTful APIs and integrations across distributed systems;
Improve system observability, monitoring, and logging;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions aligned with business needs;
Participate in technical discussions, architecture decisions, and continuous improvement initiatives;
Follow engineering best practices, including code quality, testing, automation, code reviews and CI/CD pipelines;
Actively participate in Scrum Rituals (Planning, Daily, Review, Retrospective).
We are looking for people with:
University degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields;
Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices, Azure DevOps.
Experience with observability tools (New Relic, Datadog, etc), monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting production issues.
Good active listening skills, and the ability to empathize with customers, stakeholders, and other software engineers.
Experience working using Agile methodology in a fast-paced environment.
Intermediate English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Differentials:
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
Some knowledge of event-driven architecture and messaging systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka, etc.).
