Member of Trading Operations, Derivatives

As a member of Derivatives Operations, you’ll play a mission-critical role in supporting the full post-trade lifecycle of complex derivative products primarily within digital assets, including options, futures, and structured products. You’ll serve as the operational backbone of our client-facing trading activity, ensuring seamless and timely settlement, margin management, reconciliation, and operational risk management. Your deep expertise in OTC derivatives, strong grasp of crypto-native infrastructure, and fluency in both traditional and crypto market structure will position you to lead the build out of key workflows, solve operational puzzles at scale, and contribute meaningfully to scaling Anchorage Digital’s institutional trading offerings.
