We're looking for a collaborative, detail-oriented Media Monitoring Specialist to join our Editorial Delivery team.

As a Media Monitoring Specialist, you'll help ensure clients receive accurate, timely, and high-quality media monitoring content by validating coverage, producing editorial summaries, and supporting media insight workflows. You'll collaborate closely with Customer Support, Sales, Editorial, and other cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes.

What you’ll do:

Validate print, digital, and broadcast media content according to client briefs and editorial guidelines

Deliver high-quality media monitoring content accurately and on time

Write concise article- and story-level summaries and digests in English from English or other European languages using internal editorial tools

Build and maintain search queries and keyword strategies that align with client requirements while improving production efficiency

Partner with Customer Support, Sales, and other internal teams to set up and maintain client projects and workflows

Monitor service quality and proactively escalate risks or issues that could impact client delivery

Meet individual and team quality standards and performance goals

Produce reports, dashboards, and presentation materials using established templates while identifying opportunities to automate repetitive processes

Extract, analyze, and manipulate data using Excel and Power BI to produce reliable insights

Deliver client-facing media analysis with clear, compelling narratives and actionable recommendations

Contribute to analytical projects by developing expertise in media datasets and research methodologies

Maintain accurate client documentation and project information across internal collaboration tools

Stay current with industry trends in media monitoring, analytics, and data visualization, sharing knowledge with the broader team

To Be Set Up for Success in This Role, You'll Need to Have

Experience working with media content, including content validation, editorial summaries, or media monitoring

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent attention to detail with the ability to review and validate work for accuracy

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Fluency in written and spoken English plus at least one additional European language

Ability to manage multiple priorities while consistently meeting deadlines

Experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

Strong analytical and numerical skills

Experience working with Google Search and online research tools

Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams

Travel & Team Engagement Expectations

This role requires up to 10% travel for team collaboration, customer engagements, and company events. As part of our commitment to building strong connections across our fully distributed team, attendance at our annual company offsite (typically held in Mexico) is expected.

Salary

The gross monthly salary for this role in Bulgaria is approximately 1,700 - 1,900 EUR.

Individual compensation decisions are based on a number of factors, including experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company. We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall healthily throughout the range based on these factors. We recognize that the person we hire may be less experienced (or more senior) than this job description as posted.
