Marketing Operations Associate
We're hiring a Marketing Operations Associate to own the day-to-day health of our HubSpot instance and lead lifecycle. You'll sit at the intersection of marketing, sales, and data - making sure leads flow cleanly, campaigns are tracked accurately, and the team has reliable reporting to make decisions. Reporting to our Revenue Operations Manager, this is a hands-on, execution-heavy role for someone who loves systems, process, and clean data.
This is an in-person role that requires 5 days a week attendance in our NYC office (Gramercy)
What You'll Do
Help with HubSpot maintenance - list management, segmentation, lead routing, and data hygiene
Build and maintain lead scoring, lifecycle stages, and automated workflows across the funnel
Partner with performance marketing and sales teams to ensure accurate lead attribution and handoff
Troubleshoot HubSpot/marketing automation issues and act as the internal point person for platform questions
Create and maintain dashboards/reports in HubSpot on campaign performance, funnel conversion, and pipeline health
Manage integrations between HubSpot, ad platforms, website forms, and other marketing tools
Support campaign execution: email sends, list pulls, UTM tracking, and QA of marketing assets
Ensure data integrity across systems - deduping, standardizing fields, and auditing for accuracy
Document processes and SOPs for repeatable marketing operations workflows
What We're Looking For
3–4 years of experience in marketing operations, CRM administration, or a related marketing/data role
Hands-on HubSpot experience — admin-level comfort strongly preferred (workflows, lists, reporting, integrations)
Strong understanding of lead lifecycle management, segmentation, and marketing automation
Comfortable working with data: building reports, spotting anomalies, and translating numbers into action
Detail-oriented with a strong bias toward process and documentation
Excellent cross-functional communicator - able to work closely with marketing, sales, and leadership
Experience in a startup or high-growth environment is a plus
Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent practical experience
HubSpot certifications (e.g., Marketing Hub Software, RevOps) a plus
