Marketing & Creative Assistant

And we’re looking for a Marketing & Creative Assistant to start immediately!

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Social media management — content creation, scheduling, engagement, trend research, and performance tracking across multiple brands and platforms

Graphic design — promotional graphics, flyers, and marketing materials while maintaining consistent branding across locations

Video editing — short-form videos, reels, and promos with captions and branding (~20 hrs/week of editing alone)

Email marketing — campaign creation, scheduling, template design, and performance monitoring

Required Tools

Canva / Adobe Creative Suite

CapCut / Adobe Premiere Pro (or equivalent)

Meta Business Suite

Instagram, Facebook, TikTok

Mailchimp or Klaviyo (email marketing)

Google Workspace

Qualifications:

Hands-on experience in social media management

Graphic design and video editing capabilities

Experience creating and managing content calendars

Experience with email marketing campaigns

Strong written English communication

Ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines

Strong time management, organization, and attention to detail

Technical Requirements:

USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature

Working Webcam

Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM

Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection

Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps

Schedule: 8am–5pm CST | 40 hours per week | Full-time

Location: 100% Remote

Salary Package: Up to ₱50K/month, depending on experience
