Role Summary

This role manages and administers the offset print and manufacturing systems including Visual ERP, Prinect (Heidelberg), PrintIQ, Power Apps, and Power BI.

Key Responsibilities

Support Visual ERP workflows

Manage Prinect (Heidelberg) systems

Manage PrintIQ for offset and manufacturing job management

Support Power Apps solutions for manufacturing operations

Support Power BI reporting for manufacturing and offset operations

Maintain data integrity

Troubleshoot issues

Support upgrades

Train users

Drive plant floor digitization

Qualifications

2–5+ years experience in manufacturing systems, ERP, or print systems

Experience with Prinect (Heidelberg), PrintIQ, Visual ERP, Power Apps, and Power BI preferred.
