Manager, FP&A
About the Role:
The Manager, FP&A will have a unique opportunity to join a high performing FP&A team and contribute to the growth of Dragos by providing analytical insights, decision support, and financial reporting, as well as acting as a business partner to operational groups. Reporting to the VP FP&A, the Manager will work closely with Accounting, Revenue Operations, People Team, as well as with business partners across the company.
Responsibilities:
Provide analytical support and insight to operational leadership across the company.
Ownership of headcount tracking, reporting, and analysis company wide.
Support the development of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and rolling six-quarter forecasts; and prepare variance analytics against forecasts.
Facilitate financial reviews with business partners to provide decision support, budget-to-actual feedback, ensure effective cost management and maintain financial discipline.
Represent finance on cross-functional teams supporting company-wide initiatives. Provide ownership of the financial modeling and analysis behind such initiatives.
Support sales/revenue forecasting, metrics, reporting and analysis.
Develop an in-depth understanding of key business drivers (KPIs) to incorporate into monthly commentaries.
Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance or a similar analytical/reporting role.
Expertise in creating and updating complex three statement long-term financial models.
Strong Excel user with proficiency in advanced data/financial operations.
Experience with NetSuite and forecasting/budgeting tools such as Vena or Adaptive.
Experience with CRM & analytical tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI, or other cloud-based platforms.
Financial and business acumen to see and communicate the “what” and “why” behind the numbers, and ability to connect the dots between operational metrics and financial results.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to establish strong relationships and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.
Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment and solve complex problems.
Compensation:
Salary: $140,000
