Manager, Financial Systems & ERP
Job Overview
The Manager, Financial Systems & ERP owns Harbinger’s financial systems environment, responsible for administering, optimizing, and integrating the systems that support Accounting, FP&A, Procurement, and financial reporting. This role partners closely with Finance, IT, and cross-functional teams to improve processes, automate workflows, and build scalable financial infrastructure to support Harbinger’s growth.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys configuring systems, solving complex integration challenges, and improving Finance processes through technology.
What You’ll Do
Own the administration, configuration, and optimization of Harbinger’s ERP and financial systems.
Design and improve workflows across Accounting, FP&A, Procurement, and procure-to-pay.
Build and maintain integrations across the Finance technology stack.
Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve efficiency.
Lead system enhancements from requirements gathering through testing and deployment.
Maintain data integrity, access controls, documentation, and system-driven reporting.
Support financial systems controls and SOX
Manage system vendors and provide user training and support.
Who You Are
5+ years of experience administering ERP and financial systems.
NetSuite: Strong hands-on administration and configuration experience, including workflows, reporting, roles and permissions, and integrations.
Coupa: Hands-on experience supporting procurement and procure-to-pay workflows.
Strong understanding of Accounting and Finance processes.
Experience integrating ERP and other financial systems.
Experience leading system implementations, enhancements, and automation projects.
Strong project management, analytical, and cross-functional communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a high-growth, manufacturing, or automotive environment.
Experience supporting SOX compliance
Experience with multi-entity financial environments.
Experience with APIs, middleware, SuiteScript, Python, or other automation tools.

$140,000—$170,000 USD
